• PARENTAL FAFSA/CADAA NON-PARTICIPATION SURVEY

  • As determined by Assembly Bill 469, completion of either the Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) will become a requirement for high schools beginning in the 2023-2024 academic year. Please complete this survey ONLY if you are the parent of a student and you wish to have your student exempt from the FAFSA/CADAA requirement.  Completing this form for the high school graduation requirement is an important process to get your diploma, if you prefer you can still complete the FAFSA at a later time.
